Vinyl - Computer Cut
Most decals and lettering are cut from rolls of colored vinyl. If the lettering is silver with a black outline (like the picture above), the black is applied first then the silver is applied right over it. In doing so, the job now uses twice the amount of vinyl as compared to using only one color for the lettering. When cutting vinyl, the design has to be in vector form.
Vinyl - Digital Print
For designs with numerous colors, fine details, fades and photographs we digitally print the images directly onto the vinyl with UV fade resistant inks. Then we laminate the vinyl to help protect the print from stretching and fading.
